officialtristate2015logoOur Beginner 2, Pre-Juvenile and Open Juvenile teams enjoyed a great last travel competition in Notre Dame, IN this past weekend.  The Beginner 2 team started off the day with a great skate to take home the BRONZE.  The Open Juvenile team was up next and had a great skate finishing EIGHTH.  To end out the competition day the Pre-Juvenile team had a very lively skate and finished FIFTH.  Great Job to all of our skaters!

WOW what a weekend for the Ice Diamonds!!! The Pre-Juvenile team started the ball rolling with a great skate.  Their lively performance earned them a spot in the FINAL ROUND!! The Intermediate team skated later that same day.  They left everything they had on the ice and earned 62.38 points.  Their performance allowed them to achieve the SILVER medal and a spot at NATIONALS!!!  The following morning the Pre-Juvenile team skated in their final round.  They had an even better skate than the day before and finished 10th.  This is their first season in Pre-Juvenile and we could not be prouder of what they have accomplished.

FraserWhat a fantastic weekend for the Ice Diamonds! We got off to a great start with Beginner 2 debuting their “Bright Lights in the Big City” program and took home the GOLD. Next up was Open Juvenile, they had a great skate and ended up in 6th. The intermediate team had a great showing after some much needed changes to the program.  They earned 52.69 points and took home the BRONZE.  The day ended with a beautiful skate by the pre-juvenile team earning them the PEWTER medal.

It was a great weekend for the Ice Diamonds!  The weekend started off with a bang with the Open Juvenile team.  They skated a great program earning the BRONZE medal. Next up was the intermediate team.  This was the second showing of their program and they earned an outstanding 51.56 points allowing them to win GOLD.  The day concluded with the Goldenettes Adult team.  They skated a clean program and earned 44.98 points.  On Sunday the Pre-Juvenile team debuted their Rio program.  They also had a great skate taking home the SILVER.  Congratulations to all teams! GO DIAMONDS!!!
