Debi Gamber

Program Director

Debi has been the Ice Diamonds program director since 2010.  She has over 20 years of coaching synchronized skating teams of various levels.  Her experience also includes group instruction,  freestyle and moves.  She coached singles skaters through the Junior level and has her Junior Figure and Freestyle tests.   She competed as a single skater at the Sectional level and was a national medalist in synchronized skating.  She is a member of the Professional Skaters Association and is currently employed by Medical Mutual as a Senior Underwriter.

Alexandra Gamber

Alexandra has been apart of the Ice Diamonds coaching staff since 2010.  She has over 20 years of synchronized and singles skating experience and has competed at various levels. She has national and international skating experience as a member of the 2010 US synchronized collegiate championship team and a member of Team USA with the Miami University Varsity Synchronized Skating Team.  She is a double gold medalist in dance and moves in the field and has her junior freestyle.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Information Systems from Cleveland State University.  She currently works from Eaton Corporation as an IT Project Manager.

Dena Grissman

Dena has 20 years of coaching experience in Synchronized Skating at various levels ranging from basic skills to senior. She grew up skating Freestyle and Synchro at the Garfield FSC. Through the years of skating on the Garfield Synchro teams she was a National Medalist and National Gold Medalist multiple times and was a member of  Team USA at the Senior level. For the last 9 years she has been coaching and skating on the Goldenettes Adult/Masters team. She is a member of the Professional Skaters Association and  has a Basic Accreditation and Registered Synchro oral rating.  

Kim Volante

Kim has 13 years of coaching experience, is a Gold Medalist in dance, and has competed in synchro at the national level.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in Education from Ohio University, where she was Skating Director and a founding member of the Club Synchronized Skating team. She holds her Basic Accreditation from the Professional Skaters Association and has worked as a personal trainer and rink program director. Kim currently works for the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation coordinating Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer events across the country.
